How It Works
How many diamonds are originally on my piece of jewelry?
Each signature SÈVE piece is adorned with a signature diamond. If you wish to start with just one diamond, simply order the piece as is.
How many diamonds can I add?
You can add one or more diamonds at once, either at the time of purchase or later. To add more than 10 diamonds simultaneously, please contact us at contact@seve-paris.com. Each added diamond comes with a certificate detailing its meaning.
Can I add diamonds later, and how?
Absolutely. Once you've chosen the number of diamonds to add on our website, we will arrange for your jewelry to be collected by a courier. The new diamonds will be set, and your jewelry will be returned to you safely, along with a new certificate. You also have the option to gift new diamonds using our gift card.
How long does it take to add an additional diamond?
Upon receipt of your jewelry, the additional diamonds will be carefully set, and you can expect your jewelry to be returned to you within 15 days.
Where are the products manufactured?
All SÈVE creations are handcrafted in France by master jewelers, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
What type of diamonds are used?
We use ethically sourced natural diamonds, carefully selected for their brilliance and durability, with a color from F to G and VS clarity, in accordance with the Kimberley Process.
Is shipping for my jewelry secure / paid for?
All our shipments are made via DHL and are fully trackable. We will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your order online.
Please note that delivery is free in France and throughout Europe, but international shipments may incur import or customs fees upon entry into the destination country. We do not cover these duties and taxes, so they are the responsibility of the recipient.
